Check the quoted currency, validity, payment schedule, exclusions and the procedure for authorising additional costs. Clinical findings, availability or travel changes may alter the proposal. Ask how a revised plan is explained before agreeing to it.
Cancellation and refunds
Obtain the cancellation, postponement, no-show and refund conditions in writing before paying. Different suppliers may have different conditions. Confirm who receives payment and who handles a refund request.

Confirm travel and entry requirements with official authorities. Give the treating team accurate information about health conditions, medicines, allergies and earlier procedures. Ask which documents are required and how to share them.
