Compare the complete dental plan before comparing prices. An examination and appropriate imaging may be needed to identify the work required.

What can change a dental quote
- The number of teeth and exact treatment planned.
- Existing decay, gum disease or previous restorations.
- Implant, crown or veneer materials and laboratory work.
- Imaging, anaesthesia, temporary restorations and follow-up.
- Further stages or treatment after healing.
Ask for an itemised plan
Confirm the dentist, facility, tooth numbers, materials and expected visits in writing. An implant, crown and supporting treatment may be priced separately. Ask what happens if the examination changes the initial proposal.
Plan the visits and aftercare
Some dental treatments take more than one visit or require a period of healing. Confirm the likely schedule, temporary options, review arrangements and a plan for any problem after your return.
